Our firm is actively involved in land use matters throughout Northern Virginia and Metro Maryland.  We represent local, regional, and national clients in the redevelopment of their properties by assisting with master plan amendments, rezonings, special use permits, special exceptions, variances, and site plan approvals.  Our recent projects include approvals for the conversion of office and commercial buildings to residential uses and development approvals for hotels, senior living facilities, multi-family residential, retail, office, affordable housing, public universities, and public works projects.
