Brent Glenn has handled complex commercial real estate transactions for more than 15 years. He also has experience in assisting clients with entity structures for both financing of real estate and joint ventures. Specifically, has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating leases for both landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial projects and the preparation and negotiation of all documents in the acquisition and disposition of real estate. He represents both lenders and borrowers in complex finance transactions secured with real estate, including the drafting and negotiation of all loan documents. Finally, he regularly assists clients with real estate operations matters, including easements, lease amendments, contracts, condominium-related issues and review of lender requested documents.

- various office, showroom and warehouse leases for a national corporation as tenant
- numerous leases for a national warehouse owner focused on properties near international airports and ports
- recapitalization transaction for a regional multifamily property owner having a value in excess of $140 million
- retail leases for property owners with national retailer tenants for anchor, in-line and pad spaces in various shopping centers having 50-100 tenants
- refinancing transactions requiring defeasance of existing financing
- bridge loan transactions for a private equity company secured by more than $100 million of retail, office and hospitality real estate
- acquisition of various vacant parcels for the development or redevelopment of retail and residential properties
- private equity net lease transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, exchange, financing and leasing of properties having a value in excess of $500 million
- $1 billion corporate transaction requiring the transfer of various owned and leased real estate assets
- cell tower leases for property owners
