Tina Charvet

Tina has represented commercial and individual clients in a broad range of real estate and contract matters for more than 14 years. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing subdivision, easement, community association and other development documents; negotiating and drafting leases for commercial, retail, and residential properties; advising on property rights, landlord and tenant and fair housing matters; and navigating contract and property rights disputes. Having also litigated these types of matters for many years, Tina assists clients in managing issues that can easily become conflicts in the future.
Prior to joining Wire Gill LLP, Tina practiced law for many years, first as an associate and then named partner at a Northern Virginia boutique real estate firm. She recently enjoyed a hiatus from the daily practice of law, spending time not only managing family life but also leading local community groups that enrich the lives of both children and adults. She is happy to resume her legal career and bring a fresh perspective to her practice.
