Evan Pritchard

I focus my practice on securing zoning and land use approvals for developers and landowners in jurisdictions throughout Virginia, including Arlington County, Fairfax County, the city of Fairfax, and the city of Falls Church, among others. Such approvals include re-zonings, special exceptions, special use permits, and Administrative Regulation 4.1 Site Plans.  My clients include mixed-use project developers, data center developers, affordable housing developers, large corporations, restaurant owners, commercial property owners, small business owners, nonprofit organizations, and churches.

I was previously a partner at two Am Law 100 law firms where I also focused on land use and zoning approvals.  Prior to entering private practice, I was a litigator in the Environment & Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice where I was lead counsel on multiple cases involving real estate issues.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and my law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.  I am proud to have been recognized by Chambers USA, Legal Elite: Virginia Business Magazine, Best Lawyers in America, Martindale-Hubbell (AV Preeminent Rated), Arlington Magazine, Leadership Arlington, and Leadership Fairfax.
